About Kim:

Meet Kim! As a Community Lender at Centier, Kim supports local individuals and organizations in Greater Indianapolis by providing tailored mortgage solutions. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge in all loan types. She has worked at several of the world’s largest financial institutions, where she successfully helped clients navigate the lending process based on their specific needs.

Throughout her extensive career, Kim has developed specialized expertise in both community and residential lending. Kim is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout Central Indiana communities. Kim is a member of the Central Indiana Realtists Association (CIRA) and served on its 2024 nominating committee. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and sits on the Board of Directors for her chapter’s 501(c)3, the Emerging Pearls Foundation. Additionally, she serves at a regional level with the Education Advancement Foundation.
