About Tim:

A business banker with experience in credit, commercial lending, and insurance, Tim Spoelman services Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland markets. He has assisted many investors in securing financing for various projects including construction, hospitality, senior care, mixed-use properties, and multi-family investment real estate. Outside of the office, Tim has served on numerous foundation boards, school boards, church councils, and not-for-profit boards. He resides in Highland with his family and they are active throughout the region. Tim enjoys meeting new people, hearing about fresh opportunities, and playing a role in the growth and revitalization of our communities.
