CENTIER BANK WELCOMES KIM PINES AS COMMUNITY LENDER

INDIANAPOLIS — Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is pleased to welcome Kim Pines to the team as a Community Lender and Officer. In this role, Pines will support local individuals and organizations in Greater Indianapolis by providing tailored mortgage solutions. She will operate out of the 86th and Ditch branch located at 1313 W. 86th St.

With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage sector, Pines brings a wealth of knowledge in all loan types. She previously worked in similar roles with several of the world’s largest financial institutions, where she successfully helped clients navigate the lending process based on their specific needs. Throughout her extensive career, Pines has developed specialized expertise in both community and residential lending.

“This work has been extremely fulfilling for me, both professionally and personally, as it blends my passion for helping people achieve their financial goals with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout Central Indiana communities,” said Pines. “I am eager to continue this work with Centier and amplify the bank’s welcoming, service-focused culture.”

Pines is a member of the Central Indiana Realtists Association (CIRA) and served on its 2024 nominating committee. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and sits on the Board of Directors for her chapter’s 501(c)3, the Emerging Pearls Foundation. Additionally, she serves at a regional level with the Education Advancement Foundation.
