CENTIER BANK RANKED BEST BANK TO WORK FOR IN INDIANA, #11 IN UNITED STATES
MERRILLVILLE, IND. — Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is also the Best Bank to Work For in Indiana, as ranked by American Banker’s 2024 Best Banks to Work For list. Centier ranked #11 nationally in banks of all sizes and #2 across banks with assets between $3-$10 billion.
American Banker, a nationally renowned industry publication, collaborates with Best Companies Group to identify banks that excel at creating positive and supportive workplaces for employees. This year marked American Banker’s 12th annual Best Banks to Work For ranking and honored 90 banks. Centier has been included in all 12 rankings.

The two-step process for determining the Best Banks to Work For includes evaluating participating banks’ workplace policies, practices and demographics and anonymous employee surveys that assess the experiences and attitudes of individual employees regarding their workplace.
