CENTIER BANK PROMOTES LAURA RICHTER TO MANAGER OF WEST LAFAYETTE BRANCH

WEST LAFAYETTE, IND. — Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is pleased to announce Laura Richter has been promoted to Branch Manager of the West Lafayette branch located inside Meijer at 2636 U.S. 52.

Richter first joined Centier Bank in 2021. She then quickly rose through the ranks with multiple Universal Banker promotions prior to this achievement.

“Each step in my career with Centier Bank has prepared me for this role as Branch Manager,” said Richter. “Centier is an incredible company to work for, and I’m excited to lead the team in providing the best service possible while supporting the Greater Lafayette community’s financial needs.”

As branch manager, Richter oversees the team at the West Lafayette branch, sets performance expectations, and coaches, hires, and develops employees. She also represents Centier Bank in the community by engaging with local businesses and attending community events.

Outside of work, Richter serves on the board for The Civic Theater of Greater Lafayette and volunteers with the “Battle of the Brave” 10K run benefitting Veteran’s Home and Franciscan Health’s “5K Race for Kids.” She is the proud mother of a 6-year-old daughter, Clementine.
