Last Updated on Mar 6, 2025

BROWNSBURG, IND. – Centier Bank, Indiana’s largest private, family-owned bank, is already immersing itself in the Brownsburg community after opening its first banking center in Hendricks County. Located at 1000 E. Main Street, the location opened in December 2024 as the bank’s ninth overall branch in the Greater Indianapolis area.

In support of the community and its citizens, Centier Bank will sponsor numerous Brownsburg Parks and Recreation events throughout the year benefitting various groups of residents. The bank has also donated $2,500 to the Brownsburg Education Foundation for its Rally for the Kids Gala, a celebration and fundraiser supporting quality education in the community. At its recent Brownsburg branch ribbon-cutting ceremony, Centier Bank was proud to donate $5,000 to Sheltering Wings, a local shelter offering essential life skills programming and emergency housing for survivors escaping domestic abuse.

“Brownsburg and all of Hendricks County are special places to live and work, and our team looks forward to becoming even more ingrained in this community and truly getting to know the residents we serve,” said Brownsburg Branch Manager Devon Nelson. “Centier Bank’s commitment to community involvement and pride in serving Hoosiers are two reasons Centier is an ideal banking partner.”

Centier’s purpose statement is “Enriching lives through financial guidance and caring relationships for an even better tomorrow” and the community bank continues to deliver on that promise. In 2024, Centier connected with 1,450 unique organizations across the state of Indiana to lend support through donations, sponsorships, volunteer hours, and more.

Centier Bank routinely publishes a Community Impact Analysis that tracks its seven pillars of philanthropic interest and helps expand all of the company’s community support. The most recent report found Centier has donated more than $18.8 million to deserving organizations in less than a decade. Additionally, more than two-thirds of Centier Bank’s associates have volunteered over 134,000 hours with more than 3,000 organizations.
